Adele is a multidisciplinary designer and emerging artist whose practice explores the intersection of textile upcycling and biodesign. With a background in fashion design and professional experience in the leather goods industry, she creates material-driven work that brings together design, research and artistic experimentation.
During her residency at ARE, Adele will connect with the local artistic community and collaborate with Overlap on “Hide”, exploring how garments can carry hidden messages and function as protection or a second skin. Her work will also be presented at FÆES-›!T in October.
